Please note, all treatment appointments at ND  Skin Clinic will require a minimum £20 deposit per hour of treatment time, to secure bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

Any purchase over the value of £100.00 will require a 50% deposit. Which is non-refundable.

Once booked, your appointment becomes non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment. You can however reschedule once, for FREE, anytime before your appointment start time. Failure to reschedule your appointment on our website or by contacting us will mean that you are charged 100% of the treatment fee.

You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older . If you are less than 18 years of age, you can use our services after consent from your parents or legal guardian. Please be aware, we do not allow children inside the salon due to revised health and safety guidelines. May we also advise our clients, NOT to use sun beds 72 hours prior to your  body treatments, laser  hair removal , waxing or facial treatments We will be unable to carry out your treatment if you do so. 

Gift Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of issue.

Gift Vouchers can be used to redeem products or treatments.

No cash change is given but can be used as part payment towards another treatment.

Vouche is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable

Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with other promotions/offers unless stated.

Please treat your Gift Vouchers with care. ND will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

The voucher’s expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date.

To use the voucher, the voucher holder should provide a printed PDF of the voucher including the voucher’s unique serial number. Each voucher can only be used once.
