We use the Sterex SX-B Blend Epilator, which offers three techniques:

• Blend: Combines diathermy and galvanic currents for effective, less uncomfortable hair removal—ideal for curved, coarse, or deeply rooted hairs and suitable for all skin types (Fitzpatrick I-VI).
• Diathermy/Thermolysis: Uses heat to destroy hair follicles. Best for fine, shallow-rooted hairs, such as those on the upper lip.
• Galvanic Electrolysis: We do not offer this method.

To achieve the best results and ensure skin safety, please follow these guidelines before your electrolysis session:

• Do not use Retinoids or Vitamin A products for at least one week before treatment.
• Avoid threading, waxing, or plucking the treatment area for at least four weeks before your session.
• No makeup on the area being treated on the day of the procedure.
• Shaving or trimming is allowed between sessions if needed.
• Use Witch Hazel Gel for post-treatment aftercare, available for purchase at our clinic.

Yes! Getting your existing data in is easy. Simply export your existing customers to a .csv file and import them within a couple of clicks.

• A £20 deposit per hour is required to secure appointments (non-refundable).
• Purchases over £100 require a 50% deposit (non-refundable).
